Do I need an account to order?
No. Tell us about your team with your name and email. We send links to review your design, pay, and track your order — no login required.
What fabrics are available?
Cotton or dry-fit. Two fabrics. Fast turnaround and consistent quality.
How does player name and number pricing work?
$5.00 per jersey when a name or number is on the roster. The add-on shows as its own line on your order summary — not bundled into the jersey price.
How long does the process take?
We send your jersey design within a few business days. Approve and pay — then we build your jerseys.
Can I request design changes?
Request changes as many times as you need. Our design team keeps working with you until the jersey is right.
How do sponsor discounts work?
During consultation, browse local businesses that sponsor teams in your region. Select one and your discount locks in. Change your mind before checkout? The sponsor spot opens for another team.
Why might a sponsor not appear when I browse?
Sponsors with less than $80.00 left in their season budget are not shown — so your discount is locked when you select one.
How do I track my order?
Enter your order reference and email from consultation. Follow each step from request received to delivered.
