Fino Athletics produces custom team apparel made to your approved design. Because each order is personalized, standard return policies for off-the-shelf merchandise do not apply.

Before production

If you need to cancel before production begins (after payment but before your jerseys are being made), contact us immediately with your order reference. We will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

Defects and errors

If your order arrives with a print defect, incorrect sizing attributable to our production, or does not match your approved design, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and photos. We will work to resolve the issue through reprint, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

How to report an issue

Use the "Report an issue" link on your order status page or reply to your delivery confirmation email. Include your order reference and a description of the problem.
